All our orders are shipped within or outside Hong Kong. For worldwide delivery, we use FedEx, EMS Speedpost and Shun Fung (S.F) Express.
Our shipment is from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. We shall declare the exact value of the order(s) purchased as per invoice. The delivery timeline is provided as reference only. We do not take responsibilities for any delays caused by payment authorization or delays arising due to customs clearance procedures at destinations. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
If orders cannot reach the customer’s delivery address, due to wrong information provided by customers or non-compliance with import requirements at destination countries, we will return the order(s) back to Hong Kong under possible resolutions. All expenses incurring due to this will be deducted from the refund, if any.
Return and Exchange
All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (less cost of shipping), no questions asked, at the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition with the identification tag still attached to the products with the disposable seal
- Used items cannot be returned for refund or credit unless due to manufacturing defect.
- We will accept any item that is defective due to a manufacturing issue at any time. We will handle the return for you and happily provide a replacement. The replacement could be the closest approximation if the original is no longer available or a refund.
- If you wish to exchange for a different product at a different price, we’ll either refund or ask you to pay for the difference.
- No returns or exchanges can be made on socks or underwear.
- “On Sale” discounted merchandise are only eligible for exchange.
To return an item to EVISU, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
- Place in a large envelop or box up the item(s) you're returning/exchanging
- Write the order and RMA numbers on the front of the returned parcel so we can process your refund and/or exchange as quickly as possible.
- Send the parcel back to us within 14 days of the date Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issue for you
- Email us your tracking no. and name of the courier service company as soon as you’ve proceed with the return. This will help us processing your refund or exchange faster. (EVISU reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent without the Return Authorization Number and proof of postage.)
Please note that shipping costs and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
It is advisable that you insure the returned items as the onus is on you to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable if they are damaged or lost before they arrive at our warehouse. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at EVISU Inc. and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
Discounts are not transferable to exchanged non discounted products.
Any exchanged item will be sent from EVISU with free ground shipping.
After EVISU has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive a conformation e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal where available), the amount will be refunded within 7 business days after product acceptation. Please be aware that differences in currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
